Welcome to Kindy Kidz

How it all started...

Kindy Kidz opened on 30th January, 1996. We are privately owned, and are fully licensed by the Ministry of Education for 25 children per session, with three qualified, caring staff.

Kindy Kidz caters for children 3.5 to 5 years old. It has been a great advantage to the children,  to come in from Kindy Tweenz, Totz and Bubz  as they become familiar with the routines, and the foundations for learning have been laid.

Ilonca, the owner and supervisor of Kindy Kidz, has experience as both a Primary and Early Childhood teacher. The programme reflects this, as she feels it is important to make the transition from Kindy to School as easy as possible, by equipping the children with many skills, to help them cope, and to make them feel confident in themselves.

Kindy Totz was set up in November, 1999, as the waiting list was long, and the opportunity was there to purchase the property next door. It follows the same philosophy as Kindy Kidz, but obviously at an earlier age. It has been a great advantage to the children, to come in from Kindy Totz, as they are familiar with the routines, as well as the foundations for learning have been laid.
