Kindy Kidz opened on 30th January, 1996. We are privately owned, and are fully licensed by the Ministry of Education for 25 children per session, three qualified , caring staff and one part-time teacher.

Ilonca, the owner and supervisor of Kindy Kidz, has experience as both a Primary and Early Childhood teacher. The programme reflects this, as she feels it is important to make the transition from Kindy to School as easy as possible, by equipping the children with many skills, to help them cope, and to make them feel confident in themselves.

Kindy Totz was set up in November, 1999. In 2006 Kindy Bubz set up to cater for children 0-2 years old. As the waiting list continued to be long, Kindy Tweenz was set up in 2007. The Kindy’s all follow the same philosophy but obviously at an different developmental levels. It has been a great advantage to the children, to come through from Kindy Bubz to Kindy Kidz as they are familiar with the routines, and the foundations for learning have been laid, setting them up for their next transition into school.
